• All rooms are completely non smoking. Smoking in the rooms is completely prohibited and it will attract penalty.
• Mode of payment: cash only, at the home stay. Online payments only, for advance bookings.
• No pets allowed.
• Cancellations before 5 days to the date of check in may attract 20% of the advance payment. Cancellations made within 5 days to the date of check in will extract the entire advance amount.
• 50% of the amount of the entire stay should be made in order to confirm your stay at Kanchan’s Nest.
• Rescheduling and any amendments to the date of check and check out is subject to availability of rooms and will be confirmed by management only after confirming the availability of rooms.
• All meals will be served at the dining area only.
• The establishment doesn’t hold any responsibility to any loss or damage to the guest luggage.
• Any damages to the rooms and the amenities will be charged from the guest.
• Extra bed is chargeable. You may confirm the charges at the reception.
• Our kitchen serves freshly cooked vegetarian meal according to a pre determined menu which will be displayed on the menu board outside the dining area. Your may kindly confirm your orders latest by 1800hrs for dinner.
• As this is a private residence all services will seize by 2230hrs and resume early the next morning except in case of emergencies.
• The establishment reserves the complete right to refuse services and to amend the rules as and when required.
